Midnight Rodeo Pleads Guilty

A Cocke County business has plead guilty to income tax evasion. Earlier this month, Judge Carter Moore accepted the guilty plea entered by Midnight Rodeo, Inc. The owners of Midnight Rodeo were ordered to pay the Tennessee Department of Revenue restitution totaling $59,247.28. The business was also fined $1,500. The case against Midnigfht Rodeo, Inc. was pursued by the Tennessee Department of Revenue in cooperation with the 4th Judicial District Attorney General Jimmy Dunn’s Office.
