CCSO Launches New App
The Cocke County Sheriff’s Office has announced the release of their new app. The app is availabe for all mobile devices. The app will eventually Include all of staff, cyber security Information, Sex Offender Registry Information, and and resources for drug addiction recovery. There will be access to submit tips to our Investigators, narcotics officers, and SRO’s at each Individual school.
The app will also Include complete access to jail and Inmate Information including commissary access, electronic visitation, and active updated jail roster information. You will be able to add money to the Inmate of your choice to provide the phone access, video visitation, and commissary services without having to travel to the courthouse or work house.
The app will also allow you to get notifications of any breaking news with the sheriff’s office along with live weather updates. You will also be able to request Incident Reports that you file and accident report that you are Involved In. You send the request and the records department will e-mail the report to you as long as It follows state law and public records. This will help you get your Report much quicker, since you will not have to travel to the courthouse. The app is free and is now available for download at both the apple app store and google play.
