Second Man Charged With Child Sex Crimes In Greene County
A second person in Greene County has been charged with child sex crimes. According to the Greene County Sheriff’s office, an investigation began earlier this year after a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children involving child sexual abuse material. The investigation led to 57 year old Timothy Glenn Hart, who had been jailed for Violation of the Sex Offender Registry on September 2. 2025.
Through an ongoing investigation, Hart’s electronic device was examined and was found to contain child sexual abuse material. Furthermore, investigators learned that Hart had distributed that material to another person. On Monday, November 10, 2025 a Greene County Grand Jury handed down a presentment of additional charges on Hart for Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. His bond was set at $75,000. Hart remains in the Greene County Detention Center. His arraignment is set for January 16, 2026 in Greene County Criminal Court.
On Monday, a Grand Jury presented charges against 31 year old Devon King. He faces over 50 counts related to child sex crimes, including 21 counts Sexual Activity with an Animal and several counts of Aggravated Rape of a Child.
