Morristown Planning Temporary Closure of N Cumberland

If you will be going to Morristown on Monday, a traffic note for you. The City of Morristown says they will be closing N. Cumberland Street from Main Street to W. First North Street. That closure begins on Monday morning at 8am. N. Cumberland Street is expected to remain closed for two weeks as they hope to have it back open by 4pm on Monday, May 4. The road closure is being done because of the Bradley Hardware building being demolished.

The City of Morristown says traffic control devices, message boards, and detour signs will be in place to direct traffic around that area.
