Overdose In Morristown
Emergency Medical personnel were dispatched to a home on east Andrew Johnson Highway in Morristown about a possible drug overdose. Authorities arrived at the scene Sunday afternoon and were told by resident Kaitlynn Hallauer that 23 year old Collin Jarnigan had become non-responsive. She said that he had been fine earlier that morning, but at noon walked into the living room and found him slumped over a coffee table. Officers could not find a pulse on jarnigan, so fire and rescue applied a defibrillator and Narcan finally getting a pulse and breathing. Jarnigan was then transported to the hospital. Police found straws and multiple baggies in the area where Jarnigan was found…along with 1.4 grams of suspected heroin and .4 grams of suspected marijuana.
