Newport Grammar School Mask Mandate

The Newport School Board voted on Monday night to require masks be worn at the Newport Grammar School. Starting immediately, all staff, students and guests will be required to wear a mask while in the school. The Newport School Board will re-visit this issue during a special session in 2 weeks on August 23rd.

There is no mask mandate for Cocke County schools.
