Fred Is On The Way

Fred is coming! Fred is coming! Tropical storm Fred is expected to hit the Florida Panhandle sometime Monday evening bringing gusty winds and a lot of rain. Fred is expected to march through parts of Alabama and Georgia, then enter east Tennessee late Tuesday and Wednesday. The National Weather Service says we could see gusty winds on Tuesday with heavy rainfall Tuesday and night and Wednesday. We could see rain totals of 2-3″ in our area from this system…however areas to our east like Asheville NC could see 5″ of rain from Fred.
