Missing Person Case In Morristown

Sunday night Morristown police were dispatched to a home on Seven Oaks Drive in Morristown in regards to a missing person. Crystal Wasmer stated that her and her husband…57 year old John Wasmer had gotten into an argument at Rural King on August 12th at approximately 4pm and Mr. Wasmer had taken off on foot with a bag and she has not seen him since. Mrs. Wasmer stated he sometimes stays behind the St. Patrick Church on West Andrew Johnson Hwy..Wasmer advised that her husband has been diagnosed with schizophrenia. Mr. Wasmer was possibly wearing blue jean shorts. Detectives were notified and are looking into that missing persons case.
