Woman Chases Former Boyfriend With Metal Pipe
A Parrottsville man was the victim of domestic violence over the Labor Day weekend when his former girlfriend chased him with a metal pipe. Charles Rathbone. Charles stated that Renae Venerable, came to his residence on Salem Road to pick up belongings that she left behind several weeks earlier. He stated that she beat on the front door and when no one came to the door, she took a metal pipe and busted the front right side window out of the house. Rathbone then stated he walked outside to tell her to leave and at that time Venerablew came after him with the “metal pipe” in her hands. Rathbone stated he ran back in the house via the back door….she then hit the back door of the house with the pipe and the side of the house in multiple places. When Rathbone told her he had called the cops, she fled the residence in a gold Cadillac. Deputies found Renae Venerable later at Parrott’s Place and took her into custody…charged with aggravated domestic assault and vandalism over $500.
