Tennessee Valley Fair Begins Today!

The fair is back….the Tennessee Valley Fair officially kicks off today for the first time in two years. The fair was cancelled last year due to Covid….fair organizers…who are expecting close to 150,000 people to attend this year… say they are not requiring people to wear masks, but they are encouraged. Plenty of entertainment as usual at the Tennessee Valley fair. As you heard earlier this morning with Cody…John Anderson appears at the fair Sunday night. Riley Green will take to the stage Tuesday night the 14th….also appearing at the fair are The Commodores, En Vogue, Rick Springfield and closing the fair on Sunday Serptember 19th will be country star Joe Nichols.

Today some events at the fair include Smoky Mountain Axe Throwing…the Johnsonville Sausage Big Taste Grill will be on hand…the semi turned grill can cook hundreds of brats at a time and up to 2,000 per hour….plus the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League Tractor & Truck Pull going on at 7pm tonight.
