Mississippi Woman Arrested In Morristown For Criminal Trespass

Morristown police arrested a Mississippi woman early Monday for criminal trespass. The woman identified as 32 year old Mystian Danyelle Phillips of Oxford, MS was spotted at Optics on Interstate View…she was walking through the parking lot pulling on car door handles. Officers spotted Phillips walking toward Koch foods but she did not seem to be impaired, so they let her go. Police observed her walk onto the property of McNeilus Steel on Progress Parkway. Officers spoke to employees inside that stated Phillips had walked into the plant about 20-30 minutes earlier and was asked to leave. Police found Phillips on the property sitting on the trailer of a semi-truck. Police informed her she was trespassing and needed to leave…after several requests Phillips still refused to leave…she was then taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass.
