Update On Jefferson County Shooting

The Jefferson County woman who fired a gun at two adults and a small child on Sunday evening turned herself in to Jefferson County authorities on Monday. 25 year old Taylor Victoria O’Neal stopped outside a home on Deep Springs Road Sunday evening, got out of her vehicle and fired one shot at her sister Ashley, the sister’s boyfriend, Ron Smith and her 2 year old nephew. The toddler was running towards his mother when O’Neal fired the shot. She has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault….but had three outstanding warrants for aggravated assault as well. Fortunately in this incident no one was hurt.
