Morristown Man Arrested In Sevier County Shooting
A Morristown man has been arrested in Sevier County for his involvement in a shooting Sunday morning. The incident happened around 12:20 Sunday morning at Bluff Grill & Tap where police say a man was shot in the leg. Shortly after the shooting, a Sevier County Sheriff’s deputy pulled over a car on I-40. In that car was 20 year old Damian Hamblin of Morristown. While not the shooter, he has been charged with reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and simple possession of marijuana. Sevier County authorities are looking for two others involved including the alleged shooter. The victim, whose Identity has not been released had to be transported to the UT Medical Center in Knoxville.
