Jewelry Connection Victim Of Fraud

The Jewelry Connection in Newport…the victims of fraud. An employee told policed this week that a man had come into the store on Tuesday, the 21st and wrote a check to pay for two 14K gold necklaces…totaling $2,660. The employee stated that the name given by the man was John Diehl. Newport police took the fraudulent check as evidence…no arrests have been made at this time.
