Man Attacks People At Little Caesar’s

A man is in jail after attacking two people at Little Caesar’s Pizza in Newport on Tuesday. Shortly after 6pm, a man identified by police as 33 year old Joshua Moss entered Little Caesar’s and told employees he would kill the next person who walked out with a pizza. Moss went outside and then attacked a man who came out of the store. That man was struck numerous times in the forehead and back of the head. He would later be transported to Newport Medical Center. A female walked out and said she had called police. Moss then punched her in the face causing a cut on the inside of her mouth. Police found Moss and after a brief struggle were able to get him into custody. He was charged with 2 counts of assault among other charges. Moss was also found to be wanted out of Sevier County for probation violation.
