Vols Crack The Top 10

Tennessee’s win over #22 Florida has not just propelled UT to a 4-0 start, but has also launched the Vols into the AP’s Top 10. The Vols are now sitting at #8 with the AP. The Vols have made a steady climb. When the season began, they were ranked just outside the top 25 at #26. After week 1, UT debuted in AP’s poll at #24, and have been at #16, #11 and now #8. In the USA Today’s Coaches poll, the Vols have penetrated the top 10, coming in at #9. The Vols are off this week. They will travel to LSU on October 8th…then Alabama lurks on October 15th in Knoxville.
