One Arrested, Another At Large In Sevierville Shooting

Police have arrested one person and are still looking for another regarding a shooting at a bar in Sevierville over the weekend. Police say that multiple shots were fired outside of Bluffs Grill and Tap at 1548 The Parkway just after 1:30 Sunday morning. Witnesses at the scene gave police a description of the vehicle that had fled from the scene. Police found that vehicle on Highway 66 near Gists Creek Road. Three people were detained briefly from the vehicle and not charged. However a fourth person in that vehicle was 26 year old Christopher Martin of Martinsville, Virginia. Martin had a gunshot wound on his arm and was taken to the Leconte Medical Center for treatment. A 9mm handgun was found with him in the car. Martin was charged with reckless endangerment with a firearm. Police are still looking for another suspect believed to be involved in that shooting.
