Silver Alert Issued For Greeneville Man

The TBI has issued a Silver Alert for a Greeneville man. The TBI says that 79 year old Walter Pierce is missing and has a medical condition that may impair his ability to make it home safely without assistance. According to the TBI, Pierce may be driving a white 2013 Buick Encore with Tennessee tag 5DP 2303…there is an Air Med sticker next to the license plate. They believe he could be in North Carolina, possibly in the Winstom-Salem area. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is being asked to call 1-800 TBI-FIND.
