Theft Reported At Logging Site In Cocke County

A man reported to police a theft at a job site. Travis Revis of the Revis Logging Company says his company was working at a site on Ramsey Road. He says he had last been at the site on Saturday, March 11th, but when he went back to the site last week, he noticed the door latches on both the skidder and loader had been broken and that is when he realized items were missing from the job site. Those items include a Stihl chainsaw, an electric grease pump and 100 gallons of diesel fuel. There were no cameras around so no footage of the suspects is available. One person who lives nearby told the Cocke County Sheriff’s office that they saw a black jeep with red on the windshield drive up the road towards that job site.
