Judge Orders Mintz And Moore To Undergo Anger Management Classes
Cocke County High school’s girl’s basketball head coach Christopher Mintz and the team’s statician, Erin Moore appeared in Cocke County General Sessions Court on Friday to answer charges of domestic assault. Those charges stem from an incident that happened earlier this month on March 7th, when both were arrested after an argument about ending their relationship turned physical. During that altercation, Mintz is accused of choking Moore and throwing her to the ground. Moore had been accused of striking Mintz with a curtain rod several times. Both were released on $7500 bonds shortly after their arrest. Judge Dennis Roach on Friday ordered both to undergo counseling and anger management classes. The charges will likely be expunged from their records after they complete those classes.
