Walters State Fall Registration Underway

It seems like school just got over with, but Walters State is getting set for the next school year. Fall registration is now underway at Walters State Community College as the fall semester begins August 25. Walters State offers two-year associate degrees that students can then transfer to four-year colleges or universities. Also available are associate of applied science degrees and technical certificates that prepare students for success in the workforce immediately after graduation. Many students can attend Walters State tuition-free through grants like Tennessee Promise, Tennessee Reconnect, the Tennessee Hope Lottery Scholarship, Pell Grants and also the Walters State Foundation. Prospective students can apply for admission right now at www.ws.edu/admissions.

Walters State has its main campus in Morristown as well as satellite campuses in Walters State has campuses in Greeneville, Sevierville, Tazewell and here in Newport.
