ATV’s Destroyed By Fire

The Cocke County Sheriff’s office was called Friday to a residence on Carson Springs Road…three ATV’s had been set on fire. The owner of the ATV’s, Donald Hurley had extinguished the fire before any fire crews could arrive. Hurley stated that he had left his home around 10:30 that morning and returned at around noon to find his three ATV’s fully engulfed in flames. Hurley does not know who would have caused the fire. All three of the ATV’s were destroyed and a storage shed nearby had minor damage. Total value of those ARV’s was around $11,000. There are no suspects in that fire.
