Report of Check Theft

Cocke County Deputy Gavin Colley responded to the Sheriff’s office due to a report of theft. The complainant, Robin Holt advised that he put a check in the mail on March 18 to pay a credit card account. He told the officer that over the weekend, his credit card company made contact with him stating that his payment was not received. Mr. Holt made contact with his bank who advised that the check was cashed with the names of Terry Pack and Marie Gibson on it. The officer has no other information on the suspects at this time.
