Lady Vols Hosting Regional In Tournament

The Tennessee Lady Vols softball team is once again hosting a regional in the NCAA Softball Tournament. The Lady Vols finished their season with a 40-10 record and have been awarded the number three overall seed in the tournament. The Lady Vols will face Dayton, Miami of Ohio and Virginia in the regional this weekend in Knoxville. The winner of that regional goes onto the Super Regional. The Lady Vols have hosted a regional in the NCAA Softball Tournament every year since 2005. Tennessee’s first game in the tournament will be Friday afternoon at 2:30 against Dayton. That game will be televised on ESPN+.
