A Pair Of Stabbings In Morristown

Early Sunday, police in Morristown were called to a home on Daisy Street. When they arrived they could see a large amount of blood at the entrance to the home. Officers entered and found 43 year old Kevin Ray laying in his underwear bloody with fresh injuries. Ray stated that while at an address in the 400 block of east 4th South Street that several subjects had robbed him of his clothes at knife point. He stated that when he gave them his clothes, they cut him anyway…leaving a severe laceration on his upper right shoulder and one to the top of his head. Ray stated he was able to escape the men and get to the home on Daisy Street. The suspects were…Daniel Rick, Jamie Collins, Michael Inman, Michael Mitchell and Joshua Winstead.

While on Daisy Street officers received a call about another stabbing on east 4th south street. They found Daniel Rick with a cut to his hand…he stated he was assaulted by the other victim Kevin Ray and Michael Inman. Police are investigating those stabbings.
