Additional Charges Filed In Hamblen Co. Shooting
More charges have been filed against two inidividuals relating to the fatal shooting in Hamblen County last weekend. Hamblen County sheriff Chad Mullins says that 18 year old Adam Perez Jr. of White Pine and 19 year old Talan Wayne Trevathan of Sevierville are now facing two counts of aggravated assault and 19 counts of reckless endangerment. That is in addition to the original charge of second degree murder. All of these charges stem from a shooting at a party in Talbott early Sunday morning.
16 year old Jayden Andrew Bullard of McMinn County and 19 year old Marsalous Tre-Dante Vestal of Morristown were both killed. A 15 & 16 year old were also shot, but were treated at local hospitals and have since been released. The woman who rented the home in Talbott from Airbnb for that party has also been charged. Gracious Boruff of Sweetwater is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child. Investigators say in addition to renting the home through Airbnb, she drove three minors to the party.
