Another Case Of Cocke County EBT Card Use In NYC

The EBT card information from residents in Cocke County being used in New York continues. On Monday, 55 year old Carl Roberts of Newport told police that on Friday, July 7 he checked the balance on his EBT card and it had $52.50 available. He says when he checked the card on Monday, there was a zero balance and the card had not been used by anyone. A check of the card’s activity found that his EBT card number had been used at 894 Deli Group in Brooklyn NY. This now makes nearly a dozen cases in the six weeks where EBT card information from residents in Cocke County has been used at locations in bouroughs of New York City or in the state of New York.
