Arrest Warrants Issued For Pair Of Thieves
Cocke County authorities were dispatched earlier this week out to a home on Hwy 340 in Parrottsville about stolen items. Joseph Bradley Stuart told deputies that two people, Randall Mathis & Jewelry Morse had shown up at his residence in a white Acura SUV asking for money to feed a child they had in a carseat. Stuart says he laid his Stylo cell phone and money on top of their car while he was speaking with them. Stuart showed deputies a video showing the woman, Jewelry Morse, reach through the vehicle’s open sunroof and grab Stuart’s cell phone and cash before the vehicle pulled out. That cell phone and cash totaled up to a value of over $2,000. Arrest warrants for Larceny have been issued for both Mathis & Morse
