Basketball Tournament To Benefit Madylyn Bible

You may have heard that local athlete 14 year old Madylyn Bible has started chemotherapy treatment after being diagnosed with stage three Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. The Cocke County Recreation department has put together a 3 on 3 basketball tournament to benefit Madylyn. That tournament will take place next weekend on August 6th, 7th and 8th. Entry fee is $25 per player. There will be three classes…middle school which is 6th through 8th grades…high school…and adult. Deadline to enter the tournament is Thursday August 5th. Tournament brackets and times will be posted by August 5th at 9pm.
