Camper & Trailer Vandalized In Hartford

A couple in Hartford called the sheriff’s department on Saturday to report their trailer had been vandalized. Bradley & Tara Lilley told deputies their camper on Big Creek Road along with an enclosed trailer had been spray painted with names and smiley faces all in black spray paint. The nose of the trailer had also been sprayed. The Lilley’s believe the vandalism is in connection with a rumored development in the Hartford area. The Lilley’s stated they are not involved with the development but know the developers. They stated that since they moved in, vehicles have slowed down in front of their house and honked horns but they haven’t had any issues in the past until the vandalism this weekend.
