Car In 3 Year Old Noah Clare Case Found In California -TBI Issues Amber Alert

Late Tuesday the TBI issued an Amber Alert in the case of 3 year old Noah Clare. He is the little boy that was thought to have been abducted by his father 35 year old Jacob Clare who was believed to be in the Gatlinburg area. However on Tuesday, Clare’s 2005 Subaru Legacy was found in California. The TBI posted on Twitter Tuesday afternoon that the vehicle had been found in San Clemente, California. Photos show both the interior and exterior of the car in filthy conditions. Inside the Subaru, California authorities found packaged meals, instant milk, blankets, and clothing. The TBI is now requesting California’s help with getting the word out about the case. The state of Arizona also issued an Amber Alert after the Subaru was possible seen in the state last week. Jacob Clare is wanted in both Gallatin, TN and Beaver Dam, Kentucky for especially aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference.
