Claiborne County Felon On The Run
The Claiborne County Sheriff’s department is warning citizens that a dangerous convicted felon is now on the run. Authorities say that 48 year old Ralph Eugene Ray cut off his ankle monitor and could be traveling with his girfriend. Ray has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
