Cocke Co. A&I Fair Starts Tuesday

The 75th Cocke County A&I Fair officially kicks off tomorrow. The Fairest of the Fair competition was the unofficial start to the fair on Saturday.

The opening ceremony begins at 8:30 Tuesday morning and that will be followed by the annual Senior Citizens Breakfast. Gates officially open at 4 tomorrow afternoon and Midway opens at 5. The Little Princess, Junior Princess, Senior Miss & Teen Miss Pageants begin at 7pm. ” Also starting at 7 tomorrow night will be the “Battle for the Bucket” Clayton Ball/Jason Smith Memorial Fireman’s Challenge.

The J Bar K Professional Rodeo will headline the fair on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The Cocke County Fair opens tomorrow and runs through this Saturday, August 19th.
