Cocke County Bluegrass Festival Saturday

Cocke County Bluegrass Festival is Saturday, October 22nd at the Cocke County Fairgrounds. General admission is $15 for adults, $10 for kids. Some of the acts appearing this weekend include Monroeville, who got their start playing at the Ole Smokey Distillery in Gatlinburg. Authentic Unlimited, who was in the area a couple weeks ago in Del Rio is coming back. That group is made up of members that were Doyle Lawson’s backing group Quicksilver. Headlining the Bluegrass Festival this year is former IBMA group of the year and Grammy Award winner, Blue Highway. Everything kicks off at 11am tomorrow morning at the Cocke County fairgrounds.
