Cocke County Deputies Seize Drugs
Cocke County deputies seized drugs and cash after spotting a man wanted for a felony warrant in Cocke County. 34 year old Tony Naillon was spotted by a Cocke County deputy at the 440 Truck Stop. Naillon was made to exit his vehicle due to being wanted on an outstanding warrant. Inside the vehicle, deputies found several baggies containing various pills such as Suboxone and Alprazolam. Several grams of heroin and fentanyl were also found in assorted baggies. Naillon was also in possession of over $4600 in cash. A loaded .32 caliber handgun was also found in the vehicle. Naillon is now charged with seven counts of sale, delivery or manufacture of illegal narcotics; seven counts of possession of illegal narcotics; plus possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony.
A passenger in that vehicle, Cheryl Mullins, was also arrested. She was wanted on an outstanding felony warrant in Cocke County. Inside Mullin’s pocketbook was $129…all in $1 dollar bills.
