Congratulations To Partnership President Lynn Ramsey

The Cocke County partnership and the Chamber of Commerce are congratulating their director Lynn Ramsey on completing her 3rd year at the Institute for Organization Management, a four-year nonprofit leadership training program offered at the University of Georgia in Athens.
