Dandridge PD Hosting Handgun Permit Class

The Dandridge Police Department will be holding a Handgun Permit Class coming up in January. Due to a law that went into effect on July 1st of this year, you are no longer required to have a permit to carry a handgun in the state of Tennessee. However, if you plan on carrying out of state, you will need a permit. The Handgun Permit class, taught by Detective LT. Kenneth Lodwick will be on Saturday, January 22nd at 8am at the Dandridge Police department. Cost for the class is $65.
