Deputies Respond To Another Case Of Domestic Assault

Deputies responded to another case of domestic assault over the weekend…this one in Cosby. Kimberly Hudgins met with deputy Miranda Williams at a neutral location…stating that her boyfriend 50 year old Craig Rio struck her with a metal table while she was asleep. She also stated that he pointed a sawed off shotgun at her as well. Sher stated that Rio takes acid every day and she believes that is the cause of his behavior. She told Deputy Williams that the day before Rio had rammed his vehicle into hers while she was in it and she was afraid to call 911 at that time. Hudgins stated she was in fear for her safety…a warrant was then issued for Craig Rio for Aggravated Assault.
