Dog Owners Charged With Cruelty To Animals

Several dogs and puppies were rescued from a home in White Pine on Monday. White Pine officers were dispatched to the home on Tabitha Street in White Pine due to a possible code violation. However, officers looked inside and spotted dogs with no food or water, in fact the home did not have water or electricity. Inside officers found 4 adult dogs and 12 puppies, which were taken to an animal shelter. 21 year old Brooklyn Noonkesser and 25 year old Makenzie Blake, the owners of the dogs, are now charged with Cruelty To Animals.
