Drug Arrest In White Pine Nets Large Amount Of Meth And Fentanyl
Earlier this week Jefferson County authorities including the White Pine Police Department arrested a man from Detroit after getting a tip the man was selling fentanyl in both White Pine and Morristown. Police located 26 year old Keshon Lee of Detroit at the EconoLodge Motel at exit 4 on I-81 in White Pine. Officers surrounded Lee’s car and a K-9 alerted to drugs in the vehicle. Officers searched and found approximately 813 grams of suspected methamphetamine along with 60 grams of suspected fentanyl.
Inside Lee’s motel room, police found an additional 30 grams of fentanyl. Police also arrested two other people that were in the vehicle. They were Amani Mason of Detroit, MI, and Gianna Ryan of New Castle, PA. All are now facing charges of Possession of Schedule 2 for resale and possession of Methamphetamine for resale. Keshon Lee was also wanted in Floyd County Kentucky, so he is also charged with being a fugitive from justice.
