Early Voting Numbers Up This Week

Early voting turnout is heavier this week, that’s according to numbers released by the Cocke County Elections office. Through the first eight days of earlky voting which ended on Saturday, there had been 720 cast their ballots early. This week for Monday and Tuesday, 218 people have taken advantage of the opportunity to cast their votes at the Early Voting site in the Western Plaza Shopping Center. The early voting site is open today, Thursday and Friday from 9am-4:30pm and will be open on Saturday from 8:30 till noon. This Saturday is the final day for early voting.
