Endangered Child Alert Continues For 3 Year Old Boy

That endangered child alert for a missing 3 year old boy from Gallatin TN is continuing. Authorities say that the boys’ non-custodial father, who has visitation rights every other weekend picked the boy up on Friday but did not return him on Sunday as ordered. The father is 35 year old Jacob Clare who police say has a tactical training background, was believed to be in the Gatlinburg area. Jacob Clare…or Jake…is very tall…6′ 7″ tall…weighs approx. 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. The 3 year old boy is Noah Clare…3 1/2 feet tall weighing 40 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes like his father. Possibly with them is Noah’s 16 year old cousin Amber Clare who was reported missing last Saturday. The TBI believes the three may be traveling in Jacob Clare’s 2005 silver Subaru Legacy…it has a TN tag of 42MY10…that vehicle has numerous stickers on the back lift gate and also has damage to the left side of the rear bumper.
