Enterprise Rent-A-Car Reports Stolen Car

The Cocke County Sheriff’s office is looking into the possible location of a stolen vehicle. A representative from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Cookeville, TN called the sheriff’s office Monday and stated they had rented a 2021Hyundai Accent to a Brittney Timberman on July 25. The vehicle was supposed to be returned to Enterprise on July 28th after she let a friend borrow the rental car. That friend was 39 year old Tarissa Freewalt. Freewalt claims that the vehicle was stolen from her by a girl named Brandy. Freewalt gave Enterprise information that the rental car may be parked under a bridge in the Del Rio area. The car has not yet been located and Enterprise has now officially reported it stolen.
