Farmers To Families Food Boxes

Farmers To Families Food Boxes are being distributed this week in Cocke County. The main distribution will be held this Friday, May 7th, in the former Wal-Mart Parking lot near Krystal between 9:30 and noon or until they run out of boxes. The boxes of fresh produce, meat and dairy products are given out on a first come first serve basis. Officials ask that you remain in your vehicle at all times. Cars can line up starting at 9:30 Friday morning and must enter at the entrance nearest Krystal…do not enter at the traffic light.

These farmers to families food boxes are free to all residents of Cocke County, there are no income requirements. There will also be additional boxes given out in individual communities…
