Fatal Crash In Parrottsville
We have learned the names of those involved in the fatal crash that happened in Parrottsville Monday afternoon. According to the preliminary report by the Tennessee Highway Patrol…57 year old Michael Kiser was driving a Jeep Wrangler on US 321 westbound heading towards Newport. A Honda Civic driven by 39 year old Amy Marsh was driving southbound on Hwy 340 and failed to stop at the stop sign. Her Honda Civic collided with the Jeep Wrangler causing the Jeep to overturn and rollover. A passenger in the jeep, 76 year old William Hogan, was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown through the roof of the Jeep, killing him. Michael Kiser was injured in that crash. Neither Marsh, nor her passenger were injured. Charges are pending against Amy Marsh. William Hogan, the deceased, was the only one in the accident that was not wearing a seatbelt.
