Fatal Hit And Run In Morristown

Morristown police are looking for the driver who killed a pedestrian on Saturday night. Police say that Saturday evening around 9:30pm 48 year old Angela Lane was walking on South Cumberland Street near the intersection with Highway 160 when she was struck and killed by what police say appears to be a General Motors truck that left the scene before police arrived. Morristown PD says that truck will have a damaged headlight. Anyone with information about this fatal hit and run is urged to call 423-585-1833.
