Former Cocke Co Man Charged In Greene County For Sexually Assaulting Daughter

A former Cocke County man is now in jail after admitting to sexually molesting his own child. Greene County deputies were called to Greeneville Community Hospital on Friday after a man at the hospital claimed to have sexually molested his 5 yr old daughter. The Greene County Sheriff’s Department’s began an investigation that revealed the abuse had been ongoing for the past five years. The family had moved to Greene County from Cocke County one a year ago, but part of the abuse had taken place since the move to Greene County.

26 year old Christopher Michael Jerome Warren is now charged in Greene County with 2 counts of Aggravated Sexual Battery and his bond was set at $150,000. He was arraigned in Greene County Court on Monday. He is due back in court on January 26. The Cocke County Sheriff’s office is now joining in this investigation.
