Former Lady Vol Jordan Horston is heading west. Horston was one of the first 10 players selected last night in the WNBA draft. Horston was selected 9th by the Seattle Storm last night in the draft. The Storm were looking to replace their longtime guard, Sue Bird, who retired after last season. They believe the versatile former guard from Tennessee will be what they’re looking for. Jordan Horston becomes the 45th former Lady Vol to be selected in the WNBA draft and is the 20th taken in the first round.
