GSMNP Daily & Weekly Parking Passes On Sale Today
Today is the day that daily and weekly parking passes go on sale for the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Starting on March 1st, all vehicles parking for more than 15 minutes in designated parking areas within the park will be required to display a parking pass. The annual passes have been on sale since mid-January and have seen steady sales. The annual passes cost $40. The daily passes will cost $5 with the weekly passes costing $15. Both of those officially go on sale today at smokiesinformation.org. You can also purchase parking passes in person at the Sugarlands Center near Gatlinburg. The passes are good for just one vehicle as they are registered to that vehicle. Those vehicles just driving through the park will not need a parking pass.
