GSMNP Offering Business Opportunity With LeConte Lodge

The National Park Service has a business opportunity for someone who likes to do business, shall we say in high places. The National Park Service has issued a prospectus for a concessions contract to provide lodging, food, beverage and retail services at LeConte Lodge. The prospectus explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the park service will award a 10-year concessions contract.

The LeConte Lodge lies just below Mount LeConte’s summit at 6,360 feet in elevation. It is the only overnight lodging facility in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is only accessible by foot or by horseback.
